By using the website at infralinkapp.digital or engaging InfraLink App for assessment or advisory work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Services described

Pages describing assessments, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement exists only after a written brief or statement of work is accepted by both parties. Online forms request contact; they do not create a contract or process payment.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials published by InfraLink App remain our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables otherwise. Client data and environment details shared during an engagement remain the client’s property. Assessment reports are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use; redistribution requires prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, submit malicious or unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting an engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, InfraLink App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from reliance on publicly posted information. For contracted work, liability limits and warranties are stated in the applicable statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in Gyeongsangnam-do shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the website, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
