Team reviewing plans around a table

How an engagement runs

A clear path from brief to remediation sequence for application response time and uptime analysis.

1. Scope call

We confirm critical journeys, environments, change freezes, and a single technical contact. You leave with a written brief and fee confirmation before any measurement begins.

2. Access and instrumentation

Read-only access to metrics, traces, or logs is arranged. Where gaps exist, we agree what organic traffic can still teach us versus what must wait for a later window.

3. Measurement window

Typically five to ten business days. We capture response-time segments and infrastructure signals in the same period so correlation is honest, not reconstructed weeks later.

4. Analysis and draft

Findings are ranked by impact on user-facing latency or recovery time, with an owner suggestion for each item. Drafts circulate to your technical contact for factual correction before the readout.

5. Readout and handoff

A live session walks through the sequence. You keep the written report; optional advisory retainers begin only if you ask for continued hours.
