Refund & cancellation

Scope

These terms apply to fees for InfraLink App assessments (response time, uptime reliability, infrastructure signal mapping) and observability advisory retainers. This site does not sell physical goods or software licenses.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when an engagement is cancelled before the measurement window starts, when InfraLink App cannot deliver the agreed scope for reasons within our control, or when a retainer month is prepaid and cancelled before hours begin for that month.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to contact@infralinkapp.digital at least five business days before the scheduled kickoff or retainer period start. Requests inside that window are handled case by case.

Full refund

A full refund of deposit or prepaid fees applies if we cancel the engagement before work starts, or if you cancel in writing five or more business days before kickoff and no preparatory work has begun.

Partial refund

If work has started (access setup, instrumentation, or analysis), we may refund the unused portion after deducting hours already performed at the rate stated in the statement of work. Completed assessment reports are non-refundable once delivered.

Non-refundable items

• Completed readout sessions and final written reports
• Advisory hours already consumed in a retainer period
• Third-party costs pre-approved in writing (for example dedicated lab time) once incurred

Deposits

Deposits reserve a measurement window. They are applied to the final invoice. Unused deposits follow the full or partial rules above.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee if notice is given five or more business days before kickoff. Later reschedules may incur a scheduling fee stated in the brief.

No-shows

If your technical contact is unreachable for two consecutive scheduled sessions without notice, we may pause the engagement and invoice for time already spent. Remaining prepaid amounts may be held as credit for 90 days.

Work already started

Analysis in progress is billed proportionally. Materials prepared for your environment (draft findings, custom diagrams) remain billable even if you cancel mid-stream.

Process and timing

Email contact@infralinkapp.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original bank transfer account. Processing time at your bank may add additional days.

Method

Refunds are issued by bank transfer only, matching the method used for payment.
