About InfraLink App
We help engineering teams read application behavior through the infrastructure it depends on — especially when response time and uptime numbers disagree with gut feel.
Origin
InfraLink App began as a consulting practice after years of incident calls where the application team and the infrastructure team held different truth. Latency blamed on the network, outages scored against calendars that ignored user hours, and boards of metrics nobody owned. The practice is based in Namhae-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, with remote engagement across Korea.
What we do
Our work is assessment and advisory: response-time measurement, uptime reliability review, and infrastructure signal mapping. We do not sell monitoring licenses or staff your on-call rota. We leave you with findings your engineers can execute.
Working approach
Every engagement starts with a short scope call, a defined measurement window, and a single technical contact on your side. We write in plain language about delays, failure modes, and owners — not abstract maturity models. Readouts are scheduled for the people who will change the systems, not only sponsors.
Values
- Attribute before escalate — name the segment of delay.
- Measure what users feel — align uptime windows with real traffic.
- Keep fewer signals with clearer owners.
- Respect freeze windows and access limits; never invent access.
